To access the full range of phcity1 services, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the phcity1 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in the Philippines. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcity1 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phcity1 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phcity1 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
phcity1 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by phcity1.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by phcity1 may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.
phcity1 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking transfers. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phcity1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcity1 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phcity1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
phcity1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phcity1 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upon termination of your account for cause, phcity1 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at your own request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any applicable withdrawal procedures.
